To protect the interest and reputation of Prime Initiatives, Inc., as well as yours, we require those that are interested to display their vehicles on our site the following documents:

1.  Original Copy of the L.T.O. Official Receipt

2.  Original Copy of the L.T.O. Certificate of Registration

3.  Three ( 3 ) Copies of L.T.O. Motor Vehicle Inspection Reports (“Stencils” )

*Additional documents may be needed depending on the agreement for the services to be rendered by Prime Initiatives Inc. to the seller and/or buyer.

Concerned parties will be informed and be given due time to make preparations in submitting such, or any other  requirements, as the need arises.

Prime Initiatives Inc. reserves the right to refuse application for such services, or provide consultations to seller to meet the standards set by PII, accordingly to services that will be rendered.

As previously explained, concerned parties will be duly and promptly be informed and be given due time to make preparations (may even be provided with assistance as may be agreed on, and duly compensated to)  for compliance to requirements set by PII.

Upon failure to comply, within the bounds of the agreed duration, PII reserves the right to refuse rendering such services and will not be liable , in any form, for such actions.
